I had the rare opportunity to recently interview one of SA's biggest media personalities, Andrew 'Cosi' Costello, Breakfast Radio Presenter on SAFM Adelaide and host of South Aussie with Cosi.
We spoke about where the concept for South Aussie with Cosi came about, how he got his break in radio and the younger years when he was MC at nightclubs around SA.

It was a great pleasure to chat to a terrific and inspiring young lad, Patrick Bines on Sports Legends with Bevo recently.
Patrick was a promising young basketballer and represented Australia at junior level, played for the Melbourne Tigers Basketball in the SEABL then made the transition to AFL where he was picked up by West Coast Eagles as a rookie in 2018.
Whilst playing in the WAFL he sustained a horrific head injury which ended his footy career.
We spoke about how Patrick turned things around after going through some tough times as a result of the injuries he sustained and where to now for his career going forward.

It was great fun chatting to James Liotta recently on Comedy Legends with Bevo in the lead up to his new comedy show with good friend and fellow comedian Piero Viavattene called 'How Much For Cash?'
We discussed what the show is all about, how James got into acting at a young age and whilst being on television didn't always work in his favour at school, what it was like appearing on the Fat Pizza television show and James told us some interesting stories about hecklers.

It was great fun chatting to 1993 Essendon Football Club premiership player Rick Olarenshaw recently on Sports Legends with Bevo.
We reminisced about Rick's career in the AFL, the incredible work that he is doing to promote Aussie Rules in Bali as part of the Bali Geckos Aussie Rules Football Club and what made him decide to take the plunge and move to Bali over 10 years ago.

It was great to catch up on Sports Legends with Bevo with Port Adelaide Football Club and Smosh West Lakes Football Club junior Jackson Mead recently for a chat.
We spoke about the influence that club legend and Jackson's father, Darren Mead has had on his career, what it was like to make his debut in round one this year against the Lions and we gave Jackson the chance to stir the pot on some of his team mates.

Good mates and former SANFL stars Ben Haren and Daniel Kirk are on a mission to make a difference in the community with their new business The Adaptability Movement.
We spoke on Sports Legends with Bevo about how the idea of the Adaptability Movement came about and the fantastic initiatives that both boys have implemented in the community to help improve the mental health of individuals.
We also discussed how the boys met and we had a bit of fun with Ben and Kirky as we reminisced about their SANFL careers.

In a Sports Legends with Bevo exclusive with inspirational freestyle skier @samikennedysim we found out why she decided to retire shortly after living the dream as the flag bearer for the Australian team at the closing ceremony for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
We also found out how she overcame a stroke in her early 20’s to go on and have a fantastic career in the sport of freestyle skiing, the ups and downs of her career and she shared some hilarious stories about her career.

In a very special Sports Legends with Bevo and on one of the biggest days of his life I had the incredible pleasure of chatting to West Adelaide Football Club young gun and all-round nice guy Josh Carmichael who is a red hot chance of getting picked up in tonight’s AFL mid-season draft.
Josh has been tearing it up this year at the Bloods in the SANFL competition averaging 24 possessions a game, 5 clearances and has kicked 9 goals in his eight games which resulted in him representing SA against WA recently in SA’s thrilling win at Optus Stadium.
We spoke about how Josh ended up at the Bloods, what it would mean to him to be picked up in the mid-season draft, his thoughts on the SANFL competition, influences on his footy career and life growing up at Merbein in country Victoria.
We also had a bit of fun where I got Josh to dish the dirt on some of his team mates at the club.

It was a pleasure to interview a mentor of mine and one of SA's biggest media personalities Mark Aiston on Sports Legends with Bevo.
We spoke about how Mark first got into the media, overcoming his mental health battles, how the great Bruce McAvaney has been a big influence on his career and we reminisced over the famous incident in 2011 with newsreader Belinda Heggen when Mark was reading the sport for Channel Ten Adelaide that went viral.
